Delivery Information

We aim to get our online orders posted by Royal Mail within 48 hours of receiving your order however, Royal Mail can take up to 3 working days for delivery so please allow at least 5 working days for your order to arrive. 

UK delivery will be charged at £1.65 for orders less than £7.50, and £1.95 for orders less than £15 with card only orders posted Royal Mail 2nd Class. Orders over £15 will cost £3.95 and will be sent using Royal Mail Second Class with proof of posting allowing parcels to be tracked upon delivery by Royal Mail. Packages are usually dispatched to Royal Mail within 3 working days and can be expected 7 - 10 working days from your order confirmation however as stated above, please allow 14 working days.  Some larger parcels will be posted 2nd class ParcelForce.

Whist we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery or for late deliveries as a result of Royal Mail actions which are beyond our control. Please contact us at using the 'contact form' soon as possible if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time. You will be refunded once the goods have been returned to us in good order or classified as lost by Royal Mail.

If products are returned to us as undeliverable either because of an incorrect address or because of customer failure to contact Royal Mail or collect the goods from the depot where requested, we shall refund the price of the products less delivery costs incurred by us in sending out the goods plus any additional costs charged to us by the courier company for returning the goods to us.

If the products we deliver to you are damaged or we have sent you the incorrect goods or quantity, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery using the 'contact form'.

We are unable to offer international shipping.

For security purposes, we cannot deliver to P.O. Box numbers
